TERM OF SERVICE

----- by commissioning me for an artwork, you are agreeing to these terms of service listed below: -----

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

1. I will never consider to do NFT so please don't ask me for it
2. I do not consent of my artwork being used for AI study
3. I reserve the rights to deny any service based on my comfort level
4. I reserve the rights to refuse/discontinue a commission at any time
5. Disrespectful behavior towards me will result in termination of commission, and no refunds
6. Please provide multiple clear reference of the character/subject, moodboards, etc are a great source of what kinda vibe you want
7. Assume responsibility for any important information and clear description/references so I can deliver your commission to your satisfactory.
8. I will do my best to finish the commission in a timely manner (TAT 3-7 days), and sometimes faster, but do understand my life sometimes get in the way and I will keep you informed of any issues that come up.

PAYMENT AND FEES

1. Payment below 5$ is done 50-50, 50 after rough sketch is approved, 50 after finished result is sent. For sketch commission payment are full upfront
2. Payment is done via Paypal only for international client, and BCA or ask me for local payment
3. a rush fee will be charged for tight deadline, my TAT is 3-7 days. Please discuss it upfront with me
4. I will charge a design fee for client with no reference images, or draw solely from description/collection of photos
5. Additional fees will be charged for additional revisions
6. My fees might change depends on the complexity of the commission (i.e. complex pose, complex design, etc)
7. refunds are based on how many % of the project I have done. and the 50% of the upfront payment will not be refunded

REVISIONS

1. 1 major revision are allowed in sketch phase, and limited revision in rendering phase
2. revision due to my negligence are free
3. additional major revision will incur additional fee
4. What constitute as major/minor revision are up to my discretion

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

1. I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
2. Please tell me upfront if you are uncomfortable with me posting your commissioned work
3. Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
4. The final product is strictly for your personal use only (unless you purchase commercial rights)
5. Crediting me while using the commissioned work is a must
6. Commercial price are 2x
7. Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use my commissioned artwork in the following way
1. Print the work for personal use.
2. Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
3. Use the artwork as reference for a study.
4. Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit my commissioned artwork in the following way1.Claim the artwork as yours.
2. Remove my watermark/signature.
3. Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
4. Color in my sketches or lineart.
5. Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
5. Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
